Arroz a la cubana, fácil y rico con Thermomix

Ingredients for 6 people: Rice: 50 g oil, 3 garlic cloves, 350 g rice, 1 teaspoon of salt or 1 stock cube, 800 g water Tomato sauce, bananas, and poached eggs: 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons liquid caramel, 3 bananas cut in half lengthwise, 6 eggs, 1 teaspoon of salt and more for the eggs, ground pepper, 800 g crushed tomatoes, 70 g oil, 1 tablespoon sugar PREPARATION Rice: Place the oil and garlic in the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min/120/speed 2 Place the rice in the basket, add the salt and water for 20 min/100/speed 4, stir 2-3 times during cooking by inserting the spatula through the nozzle Remove the basket and place the rice in a dish, spread it with the Spatula and set aside. Tomato sauce, plantains, and poached eggs: Cut 6 rectangles of plastic wrap and place 1/2 a banana on each. Mix the soy sauce and liquid caramel in a bowl and brush the plantains. Wrap tightly and place in the Varoma. Cut a piece of plastic wrap, brush with oil, and place in a measuring cup. Crack an egg into the bowl, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and seal it into a pouch. Place it on the Varoma tray. Repeat with all the eggs. Empty the mixing bowl and, without washing it, add the tomato, oil, sugar, and salt. Place the Varoma in its position (without the tray). 13 min/Varoma/speed 2. Open the Varoma and place the tray. 7 min/Varoma/speed 2. Remove the Varoma. Using a tying ring or mold, place rice on a plate and top with 3-4 tablespoons of tomato. Remove the film from the eggs and place them on top of the rice.
