CORDILLERA HUAYHUASH DIA 1 | VUELTA COMPLETA

Huayhuash Mountain Range 2025: Day 1/8 June 11th, this is how the first day of hiking through the Huayhuash Mountain Range went. We started with breakfast in Chiquian, then headed to Llamac to begin the trek in Cuartelhuain at 4180 meters above sea level. After a fairly challenging climb, we reached our first pass: CACANANPUNTA at 4700 meters above sea level. Here we would cross from Ancash to Huanuco, arriving after a few hours of downhill hiking at the first campsite of these 8 days: Janca Camp, located at 4240 meters above sea level.
