AbaThembu King Buyelekhaya Dalindyebo says there is no law that restricts him from interacting with an official from any country. This follows Eastern Cape Premier Oscar Mabuyane's decision to probe the visit by Israeli officials to health facilities in the province. Mabuyane says these visits were granted without required authorisation. The Israeli delegates were accompanied by King Dalindyebo. #Newzroom405's Thabo Mdluli spoke to the King on this.
