I switched the reforged belt for an LP3 Thorn Slinger. The belt adds a lot more DPS, 19k damage on tooltip in my case, and that is with the wrong T7 affix, and you do not lose a skill point. The skill point loss from Smoke Bomb and Explosive Trap does not matter.
