Playa Del Carmen Beaches with a Baby | Playa 72 and Punta Esmeralda

🇲🇽 SLOW DAYS ARE THE BEST DAYS | Beach Rides, Leo's First Beach Day & Jamaican Jerk Chicken in Playa del Carmen Not every day in Mexico is packed with excursions, and honestly, those are becoming some of our favorite days. Today started with a slow morning at the condo. We grabbed coffee in the courtyard, squeezed in a workout at the condo gym, and settled into the rhythm we've been building here in Playa del Carmen. Oliver enjoyed a long nap while we slowed down and recharged before another afternoon adventure. Once everyone was rested, we loaded up the bikes and headed toward Playa 72 for a family beach ride. It was Leo's very first beach day, and he absolutely loved running around the sand and exploring the Caribbean coastline. From there, we made our way back to one of our favorite spots, Playa Esmeralda, where we spent more time enjoying the ocean, sunshine, and everything that makes this corner of Mexico so special. After biking home, we met a new friend who will be helping our family as a nanny while we continue balancing work, travel, and parenting during our month in Mexico. It's a big part of what we're learning on this journey—building community wherever we go. We wrapped up the day with dinner at Ferron's Jamaican Jerk Chicken, one of Playa del Carmen's local gems and the perfect ending to a simple, beautiful day.
