I mean, Hordak seems to be the real evil, more dangerous than Skeletor, who himself is not the goofy, idiotic villain that many know him to be. Even smaller bad guys and girls like Evil Lyn and Triclops feel scary, and it is all these people who make He-Man and She-Ra who they really are.
