Bill Chase w Woody Herman-London

Bill Chase's last tenure w The Herd. By the end of 1968, Bill was already gathering musicians for rehearsals in the early stages of what would become the band CHASE in 1970 (yes, Bobby Shew, Gerry Lamy and Lin Biviano were in a couple of those). In an effort to get a full "grasp" of the "new sounds," Woody Herman suggested Bill re-join the Herd, which he did for about 8-9 months.
