A NOTE ON GENOCIDE I am accountable to people invested in liberation and anti-coloniality, I find it particularly important that I also take a moment to acknowledge that we must bear witness and stand with all global communities experiencing the violence of settler colonialism and genocide. In this moment, I hope to bring attention to and honor the people of the Congo, Sudan, Artsakh, Tigray, Palestine, and Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region in Northwest China. I hope this moment reminds you to learn, to divest from genocide & its capitalist machines, and to fight and uplift our global human relatives who are quite literally fighting for their lives and their right to exist. ON LAND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: As I continue to work to be a better person, I want to make sure the work and creative projects I make are never at the expense of others. The places I visit and the experiences I have, ESPECIALLY in this video, take place on unceded territory of Indigenous peoples.
