防波堤でフカセ釣り　乗っ込みのチヌを狙え！（四季の釣り/2024年5月10日放送）

We set sail from Shimotsui Fishing Port in Kurashiki City, Okayama Prefecture, and targeted black porgy from a breakwater off Iwakuro Island. Our fishing advisor was Marukyu instructor Yasushi Minami. The fishing method was float fishing. In spring, black porgy spawn, feeding voraciously in shallow waters to build up nutrients, and we could target large black porgy around 50cm. When targeting black porgy using float fishing, we needed to create a good spot, and bait work was key. Since the bait is typically bottom-feeding, we used special bait that reaches the bottom even in deep water. Just as we were able to create a good spot, the tide began to move, and we began to get more bites, typical of black porgy. When we hooked a subtle float bite, our rod bent sharply. It was definitely a black porgy's pull. The fish we saw was in the 45cm range. Will we be able to catch it?
