If you have blonde or very light hair, you don't need to bleach it. You can simply apply the fantasy dye, and the color will take. Also, if your hair is dyed black, it's not recommended that you try to bleach it, as it won't take evenly because you have a lot of pigment in your hair. I recommend letting the black color fade and not dyeing it for a while. When hair is virgin or doesn't have many dyes in it, it's easier to bleach. And remember that you can leave it on for a maximum of 40 minutes, as the developer and bleach can severely damage your hair. If you can go to a professional, that's best, and if you decide to do it at home, take your time and be patient. Your hair can change after bleaching and coloring.
