Using and Crimping Anderson Powerpoles Without the Special Expensive Tool

The goal of this DIY video is to show you briefly how Anderson Powerpoles work, and how to use them without having to buy an expensive single use crimping tool. You can see my instructables here https://tinyurl.com/lh4kl75 Also, I forgot to mention it in my video, but always use safety glasses, and a mask or air filter when soldering. Here is a list of the materials used (full disclosure, these are affiliate link, a few pennies at a time it pays for my next video). Pliers and snips (I found a nice rounded starter kit) http://amzn.to/22iqbky Wire stripper http://amzn.to/1U429c3 Butane soldering torch http://amzn.to/22iqmfY An air filter (if you plan on soldering indoors, take care of your health!) http://amzn.to/22iqqMK I was not sponsored by Anderson or any other of the brands used here, I just have had great experience with them, and they simply reflect my own personal preferences.
