材料５つで簡単に作れる勝手に２層に分かれて面白いゼリーです。 今回はオレンジジュースで作りましたが、他の果汁１００%ジュースでも作れます。 ポイントはかき混ぜすぎない事。それさえできればキレイな２層になってくれると思います。 *使用する型は、あらかじめサラダ油を湿らせたキッチンペーパーで内側を拭いておくと型離れが良くなります。 材料 １００%オレンジジュース…４００ml 生クリーム…１００ml 牛乳…１００ml 砂糖…大さじ４ 粉ゼラチン…１０g 作り方 1．鍋にオレンジジュースを入れて中火にかける 2．砂糖と粉ゼラチンを入れて混ぜながら沸騰手前で火を止める 3．生クリームと牛乳を合わせておいたものを一気に注ぎ入れ、3回かき混ぜる 4．型に流し入れたら、粗熱が取れるまでそっと置き、その後冷蔵庫で3時間程度冷やし固める 100% orange juice... 400ml Fresh cream... 100ml Milk... 100ml Sugar... 4 tbsp.
