Israel and Lebanon have signed a ceasefire framework, but Hezbollah is already testing the ground. The agreement calls for Lebanese army control in pilot zones and the dismantling of armed groups, while Israel says the full removal of Hezbollah’s threat and infrastructure remains essential for its security. If Hezbollah raises its head again, the IDF may be forced back into combat. As the IDF continues dismantling Hezbollah infrastructure in southern Lebanon, Iran is warning that any Israeli strike on Hezbollah targets in Beirut will bring a decisive response.
