Bécasse des bois : suivi scientifique dans le Lot
As part of the efforts to promote the monitoring carried out under the Cyn’Obs program, a species or group of species is regularly highlighted. This year, the focus is on the scientific monitoring of the Eurasian Woodcock, presented through a short video produced by the Lot hunters' federation. This video aims to popularize the scientific monitoring of this species, in which numerous hunters' federations in the Occitanie region participate. This film has been approved by the head of the Woodcock Network, which coordinates this national monitoring program on behalf of the French Office for Biodiversity and the Center for Research on the Biology of Bird Populations (CRBPO) at the National Museum of Natural History (MNHN).
