Appalachian Trail 2026 thru-hike: Day 64
Day 64 of my Appalachian Trail thru-hike! It was so nice getting back on trail today after time on the river and in Harper’s Ferry. The walk outside of Harper’s Ferry was the flattest trail I’ve walked on the AT. After crossing the bridge you follow a bike trail alongside the Potomac River. After making the initial climb back onto the ridge lines, the rest of the day was really enjoyable with a few views of the surrounding cities. We ended the day at the Dahlgren Backpack Campground. It was a perfect place to stop and they had running water, bathrooms, and showers. I’ll definitely be getting a cold morning shower before heading out tomorrow! Harper’s Ferry → Dahlgren Backpack Campground (1044.4) Total Miles: 17.4 Thanks for watching! Please don’t forget to Like and Subscribe! It will greatly help me to continue making these videos in the future. Drop me a comment and I’ll make sure to respond when I have the ability to do so. #appalachiantrail #thruhike
