I'm Jino, also the commander of a certain warship. This time I tried transcribing “Touhou Suimusou ~Saigetu~” at the sekkenya! Man, this song's melody is just divine, isn't it? I recommend tuning down a semitone for this sheet music—it'll be easier to play. But from what I've seen in live footage, they seem to play it in standard tuning. Well, it's common at live shows to stick with the original tuning due to other songs they're playing. The sekkenya seems to really value that groove feel (personal opinion), and both parts often play the same notes. Playing these parts together just feels so good, doesn't it?
