НЕ НАДО ТАК. Пристрелка под себя

But there's another special category of visitors here: those who've decided to get involved in weapons or who've had a brief brush with them in the army, heard something somewhere, picked up the nitty-gritty, and decided their knowledge is the absolute truth. Among this "knowledge," we often read about "zeroing in for yourself." In short, it's a mysterious process where a shooter misses a shot with a normal weapon, but decides to improve the result not by mastering proper aiming, slinging, and trigger placement, but by adjusting the weapon, as they say, "to suit themselves." We've been reading this for years, often trying to argue with our interviewer about why they're wrong, etc. But it's all ineffective, so we decided to film this story and settle this issue once and for all on our channel. Zeroing in "to suit yourself" is an evil that instills incorrect skills in the shooter from the very beginning, which are reinforced time and again. A weapon shouldn't be "zeroed in" to suit yourself, but rather brought to proper combat according to the shooting manual. Because it was written by the best minds of the Soviet school of firearms. They were written so that anyone who wanted to could understand it. All the numbers and methods there didn't just appear out of nowhere—they all arose from practical use of weapons. Therefore, never listen to people who give their own "advice" on how to adjust a gun. If you hear the phrase, "The AK won't fire anywhere, so you need to zero it in for yourself," don't follow that advice. Don't even listen, because this stupidity is contagious. Timecode 00:00 – video starts and a rise in temperature in a certain group of people 00:47 – what is "zeroing in" or adjusting for normal fire 03:03 – the only correct front sight/sight position. Example 05:05 – about the rules for adjusting the AK-74 for normal fire 06:50 – why you can't zero it in for yourself. The Adventures of Private Dolboklyuev 10:35 – why all assault rifles should be adjusted for fire in the same way 11:21 – about adjusting optical sights 12:21 – which weapons can be zeroed in for yourself and which can't. And why? There was no music in the video this time, because that's what the creators decided. Listen to the crackling of the fire, the gentle breeze rustling through the pines, and the falling snow.
