Dr Lwazi Lushaba response to Prof. Kwesi Kwaa Prah - "Generations of African Scholars"
Dr Lushaba talks of "Three Generation of African Scholars" the first generation being the ones who went to school in their colonial countries under colonialism and most of them would go to Universities abroad mostly in US and Europe and would come back to their country immediately after dependence. Dr Lushaba continues to argue that, 'they are the once who are beneficiaries of localisation/Africanisation in their countries.
