Boott's Bad Builds (Episode 3 - Elementalist)

The 3rd episode of my new series with    / woodenpotatoes   ! Mr. Potatohead likes to, let's say, bring me back to reality whenever I think I've come up with the most awesome build ever in Guild Wars 2.
