The day I became an Ironman | My Story

Some people get dealt terrible cards. It's what you do with them that counts. After losing his dad to suicide in 2015, Anthony Moore used movement as his medicine — a way to process grief, find purpose, and rebuild. When drinking and late nights started pulling him back into old patterns, he made a choice: step away from alcohol, find community, and chase something harder than anything he'd faced before. Ironman New Zealand wasn't just a race. It was a closing chapter and the start of something bigger. For Anthony, crossing that finish line meant carrying the weight of everyone who couldn't. This is his story. 🎬 Filmed & Directed by: Jimedia | James Blackman 💻 Join The Performance Project Coaching: https://performanceproject.typeform.c... 🔔 Subscribe to the channel: / @performance_project 📸 Follow TPP: /   / the_performance_project_   📸 Follow Coach Matt:   / mattb_performance   📸 Follow Coach Anthony:   / moore_mvmnt   — The Performance Project is an endurance coaching company built to help everyday athletes Do Hard Things.
