After studying under NIGO®︎ and working in the Harajuku Ura-Harajuku scene, he is now actively working in Maebashi. We visited this coveted space, showcasing items curated with a refined aesthetic! ■HIROCK Art director/Head of HIROCK DESIGN OFFICE. He studied under NIGO®︎ and worked as a graphic designer for the apparel brand "A BATHING APE®" before going independent. Having spent 20 years at the center of a major movement in Tokyo's Ura-Harajuku district, he has created a wide range of designs, including logos, merchandise, apparel design, and spatial design, all of which utilize the playful spirit he learned from street culture. While working as a designer, he also runs his own information site, "HIVISION," and as a discerning selector, introduces good design items and the latest gadgets to various media outlets, including through serials in magazines and web magazines and as a radio personality. He has also been selected as a guest curator for "GQSHOP," a website launched by GQ magazine. His books include "I LOVE FND: The Reason I Choose This (Magazine House)."
