Rancho Bernardo High School students attend Mt. Carmel High in the fall of 1990

September 11, 1990 Mt. Carmel High School was a little crowded in the fall of 1990. They were sharing their campus with Rancho Bernardo High School students. While the new school was under construction, trailers were set up at Mt. Carmel and Poway High schools. The school opened in December 1990 and no doubt the students were happy to leave the trailers behind and start classes at their brand new high school.
