I Finally Fixed My Suzuki Swift After the Track Day Disaster

After diagnosing a worn clutch, a seized release fork, and a gearbox that didn't want to play ball — it's time to put the Suzuki Swift Sport back together. New clutch kit, upgraded fork shaft, and the moment of truth on whether any of this actually fixes the problem. In Part 1, I pulled the gearbox out of the ZC31S Suzuki Swift Sport after its first track day exposed a clutch that wouldn't disengage properly at high revs. The release bearing was noisy, the fork shaft was suspiciously tight, and the slave cylinder push rod had worn down to almost nothing. In this video, the new parts go in. We're replacing the full clutch kit, fitting the upgraded fully-welded release fork shaft, new bushes, and getting the gearbox bolted back up. Then it's the moment of truth — finding out whether the pedal actually feels right this time. I also tackle the exhaust tip clamps that melted the bumper to death on the last track day. As always, this is real-world DIY on a driveway — no ramp, no special tools, just figuring it out as I go. If you've ever wondered what a clutch replacement actually involves without a garage full of equipment, this is the honest version.
