FL-120 is a California court form used in divorce proceedings as a response to the initial divorce petition (FL-100 or FL-115). Here are the steps to fill out FL-120: 1. Enter the court name, case number, and other identifying information. 2. Fill out the information about the respondent (the person responding to the divorce petition) and petitioner (spouse). 3. Indicate whether you agree or disagree with each of the petitioner's requests, such as property division, child custody, and spousal support. If you disagree with any of the petitioner's requests, explain why and provide alternative requests. 4. Provide any additional information or requests, such as counterclaims or cross-claims. 5. Attach any necessary supporting documents, such as financial statements or child custody plans. 6. Sign and date the form. It is important to note that FL-120 is a legal document, and it is important to fill it out accurately and completely.
