13 VELOCIDADES EN EL GRAVEL | ¿SRAM LIMITADO? GARBARUK 10-52 LA SOLUCION
The Transpyr Gravel is getting closer and closer, and that means one thing: it's time to prepare the bike for seven straight days of pure suffering, accumulating huge climbs, brutally tough trails, and countless hours in the saddle. And when you start thinking about an event like this, one thing becomes absolutely crucial: the drivetrain. Until now, I've been using a 13-speed SRAM XPLR setup on my Yoeleo G21 Altera, a drivetrain I love for its performance, smoothness, and gear spacing, but it had a significant problem when considering an adventure like the Transpyr: the limit of the original 10-46 cassette. On normal rides, it works incredibly well, but when you know you're going to face seven stages of endless climbs, savage ramps, and accumulated fatigue day after day, you start to realize you need a bit more headroom to be able to climb seated, conserve energy, and keep pedaling when your body is completely drained. Until now, many riders solved this by mixing Eagle MTB components with 12-speed SRAM XPLR gravel drivetrains, but with the arrival of the new 13-speed XPLR system, that compatibility disappeared, and the room for improvement became much more limited. That's where Garbaruk comes in with a solution that can truly change these types of builds. The Polish brand has just launched its new Garbaruk Gen 2.0 13-speed cassette with a 10-52 range for the XDR freehub body, designed specifically for SRAM XPLR drivetrains. It's a real game-changer, expanding the range by up to 520%, allowing you to maintain the essence of the 13-speed system while gaining a huge amount of gearing to tackle extreme climbs. In this video, I show you the whole process: I explain why I needed to make this change with the Transpyr in mind, we unbox the new Garbaruk cassette, review its features, install it on my Yoeleo G21 Altera, and take it out for a test ride to see if this upgrade is really worth it. Now it's time to test whether this 10-52 gear ratio really makes a difference in real-world conditions when your legs start to tire and the mountain gets tough. 🎁 DISCOUNTS AND MATERIAL: 👉 SIROKO (-10% cumulative): https://srko.co/marcbici 👉 COMPEX (-32% MARCBICI code): https://www.compex.com/es/ 👉 NDL PRO HEALTH (-10% MARC10 code): https://ndlprohealth.com 👉 YOELEO (-10% marcbici code): https://www.yoeleobike.com/?ref=marcbici 👉 TRIFOX Bikes: https://www.trifoxbike.com/?ref=marcbici 👉 MIGOU (-10% marcbici code): https://migoubcn.com 📸 INSTAGRAM: / marcbici 🚴♂️ STRAVA: / strava
