From the history of Janaki Temple to the settlement of the city, tasting the cooling Sattu to delicious Mithila Cuisine, we made the best of our stay in Janakpur. Then, the highlight of the day was the train ride from Janakpur to Kurtha station in Nepal Railway although it hadn't yet began its operation back then. We then moved on to our next stop, Dhanushadham, a place many visitors usually do not have in mind when visiting Janakpur. But its closeby and has its religious/historic connections with the "Ramayana". The Dhansuhadham Protected Forest and Dhanush Daha visit were a bonus retreat of our Dhanusha Trip. Finally, it was time to say goodbye as we left Janakpur and met our dear friend Barsha Basnet in Bardibas. We stayed that night in Quick 20 Hotel in hetauda, of Bagmati Pradesh.
