Synopsis: Yoon Eunseo (Song Hye Kyo) is a girl who has everything, her life perfect in the eyes of others. She has a happy, loving family, including her older brother, Junseo (Song Seungheon). Until one day, their family is hit by a difficult ordeal. Eunseo is not their biological daughter. She was switched in the hospital as a baby with her classmate, Shin Ae (Han Chaeyoung), whose life was the opposite of Eunseo's.
