I Fell Off My Sub-60 Alpe du Zwift Training Plan
After a few chaotic weeks, I finally got back to my training plan for my sub-60 Alpe du Zwift goal. This week included: 🚴♀️ Sweet spot intervals 🚴♀️ Endurance riding 🚴♀️ VO2 max work …and a lot of trying to get out of my own head. Lately I’ve been struggling with motivation and feeling overwhelmed, so this wasn’t a perfect week. But it felt good to stop waiting to “feel ready” and just start riding again.
