Chocolate that is too bitter is not recommended) 2g vanilla bean paste (can be omitted) 280g Heavycream 25g Granuated sugar 2 bananas ✔Chocolate Cookies 60g unsalted butter 15g eggs 45g Granulated sugar a pinch of salt 110g cake flour 8g cocoa powder topping for 35g milk chocolate 1 banana ✔I put 2 bananas in the pudding and used 1 for topping, a total of 3 (refer to the video) ✔I baked the chocolate cookies in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 14 minutes (based on Smeg) ✔It tastes better when eaten cold.
