Everything was running smoothly at the Renacer Foundation. The therapeutic encounter was taking place under the watchful eye of Dr. Ricardo Buso (Fernán Mirás) until a man asked for him, pulled him out of the session, and punched him, breaking his septum in front of all his patients. This therapeutic space—which houses outpatients with severe compulsions, some associated with psychiatric conditions—was interrupted by a strange man who attacked the doctor. Gerado (Guillermo Arengo), a workaholic addicted to work and constant connectivity. Inés (Carla Peterson), with a compulsion to accumulate, obsessive about order, and suffering from eating disorders. Sofía (Pilar Gamboa), with her body riddled with wounds and scars that she inflicts on herself to hide deeper pain. Teresa (Gloria Carrá) and her multiple personalities, always striving to prevail over one another. and Esteban (Rodrigo De La Serna), perhaps the most complex case: a mythomaniac psychopath with devastating lucidity, was left speechless and even heartbroken for not having finished the session as usual. In the middle of it all, psychologist Julieta Despeyroux (Paola Krum) arrives at the Foundation and takes the bull by the horns, not knowing anyone. Esteban arrived early at the Foundation to speak with Dr. Buso. Since it was early, he didn't find him, but he ran into Dr. Despeyroux, whom he didn't hesitate to challenge and manipulate. The young man, who suffers from a complex and even disconcerting pathology, confronts her and, playing the host, shows her every corner of the place, making her feel bad and manipulating the situation. Julieta—who was going to meet with Dr. Buso—had her first encounter with this psychopathic patient, but she also witnessed how Buso put him in his place.
