The support for these videos has been amazing. A week ago, we had 39 subscribers; when I wrote this description, YouTube analytics told me that our subscriber count had grown by 58,000% in the last 28 days. We chose the name Crate Sessions because early DJs spent hours digging through crates of records to find their signature sound. So much work went into curating the vibe that they wanted to bring to people. Countless hours at the house just refining the craft and finding those gems that could bring the enjoyment they felt as a DJ to the people listening. We watched creators like Bobby Nsenga, BoilerRoom, and Soulection craft a space on the internet that is uniquely theirs. Each team shares their passion for music in a way that is true to them. Our goal is to grow with each piece of content, and in time, we will have built a space that shares what we value in music, cinematography, and culture with the world.
