In a few short minutes, the flight crew will deliver their 85 passengers to Washington. As turbulence rocks the plane from side to side, the pilots grow increasingly confused about where they are supposed to be. Minutes previously, a misunderstanding had developed between them, and the air traffic controller who had been guiding them in. This simple misunderstanding, will soon snowball into a full blown catastrophe, which will shake the aviation industry to its core.
