SC On Sambhal Mathura Kashi Dispute: SC की लोक अदालत में सुलझेंगे काशी-मथुरा-संभल विवाद? | यूपी के तीन बड़े मंदिर मस्जिद विवाद पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने बहुत बड़ी पहल की है.. सुप्रीम कोर्ट परिसर में 21 से 23 अगस्त तक 'समाधान समारोह' के तहत विशेष लोक अदालत लगाई जा रही है.. और इसी लोक अदालत में कानूनी लड़ाई के बजाय बातचीत के जरिए मंदिर मस्जिद का मसला हल करने की बात सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कही है.. सुप्रीम कोर्ट की पहल के बाद खबर ये भी सामने आ रही है कि मंदिर-मस्जिद विवाद में हिंदू और मुस्लिम पक्ष ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट की मध्यस्थता का प्रस्ताव ठुकरा दिया है.. अभी तक किसी भी पक्ष ने इसके लिए सहमति नहीं दी.. इस लोक अदालत के जरिए मथुरा संभल और काशी के तीनों बड़े विवाद को आपसी सहमति से सुलझाने की अपील की गई है.. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने लोक अदालत में चर्चा के लिए सभी पक्षकारों को नोटिस भेज दिया है.. तीन दिन चलने वाली इस लोक अदालत से पहले 14 जुलाई को ज्ञानवापी के मैटर पर वाराणसी में पहली पूर्व सुलह वार्ता होगी.. 14 जुलाई 2026 को दोनों पक्ष एक टेबल पर बातचीत करेंगे.. और इस मामले को सुलझाने की कोशिश करेंगे.. The Supreme Court has taken a major initiative to resolve the three major temple-mosque disputes in Uttar Pradesh. A special Lok Adalat is being held in the Supreme Court premises from August 21st to 23rd as part of the "Samadhaan Samaroh" (Solution Festival). In this Lok Adalat, the Supreme Court has called for resolving the temple-mosque issue through dialogue, rather than legal battles. Following the Supreme Court's initiative, news is also emerging that the Hindu and Muslim sides have rejected the Supreme Court's offer of mediation in the temple-mosque dispute. Neither side has yet agreed to this proposal. Through this Lok Adalat, an appeal has been made to resolve the three major disputes in Mathura, Sambhal, and Kashi through mutual consent. The Supreme Court has issued notices to all parties for discussions in the Lok Adalat. Before this three-day Lok Adalat, the first pre-conciliation talks on the Gyanvapi issue will be held in Varanasi on July 14th.
