Maruti Swift Dzire Video Description Review of Features How to unlock the car : Maruti Swift Dzire can be unlock in three ways. Top models have keyless entry. You can simply press the unlock button from remote key or car can be unlock by pressing the button on door handle, for this remote key should be in range and the last way to unlock the car is to simply insert the key and twist. Access the boot : To open the boot space , all you need is to pull a small lever found on the floor of the driver side door. The small lever has a boot open icon on it, pull the lever to open the boot. You can also open the boot by remote key by pressing the boot button for 2-3 seconds. Connect to Bluetooth : There is a Bluetooth button on the steering wheel. You have to push the button towards yourself which is mounted on the steering. After that, infotainment screen will show you Bluetooth settings, go to settings and press search then pin for pairing will appear on the infotainment system. Switch on the Bluetooth settings of your mobile and scan for devices once the device appears on your mobile screen pair them. Your phone is now connected with infotainment system. Open the bonnet : To open the bonnet, all you need is to pull the small lever found near the driver side door on the right side. The bonnet lever has an icon on it. Once the lever is pulled from inside, another small lever under the bonnet needs to be pressed towards left. This small lever can be found above the Maruti Suzuki logo and to open the bonnet, the lever needs to be pushed down to release the bonnet and lift it up. After opening the hood, there is a stick which is placed on the tip, put the support stick given at the bottom of top in the space provided so that hood does not fall back. Side View Mirrors : Top model of Swift Dzire has electrically foldable side views mirrors. The controls for it are on the driver door armrest. Twist the knob right, to adjust the right mirror similarly you can adjust the left mirror. Headlamps and Foglamps : The headlamps and foglamps are operated by turning the lever which is mounted on the right side of steering column. Turn rolling knob forward once to switch on the parking lights and turn again to switch on the headlamps. The fog lamp button is placed on the right corner below the start/stop button, press the button to turn on the foglamps and you can also adjust the height of the beam by rolling the height adjust scroll. Start the car : Top trim of Dzire comes with push button start/stop. Press the clutch and then press the long start/stop button. To turn off the ignition press the button again. Wiper Controls : Pull the stock present on the left side of steering column towards yourself to active the washers and push the lever downwards to activate the intermediate speeds. Fill Wiper Fluid : First open the bonnet by pulling the lever placed on the right side of the driver. After opening the bonnet-lid pull the blue cap given on the left side of the engine. And pour the water in it and shut the cap properly after filling the fluid. Open Fuel Lid : To open the fuel lid one needs to pull the remote opener lever present near the driver’s right foot , on the floor, and fuel lid pops up.. Tyre Pressure Information : Tyre pressure sticker is placed on the right side of the driver door gap. This sticker refers to measure what psi measure to maintain in the tyres. It is recommended for road use and this pressure will help maintain better control and fuel efficiency. Access Spare Tyre : The spare tyre of the Swift Dzire can be accessed from the boot. All you need to lift the carpet out and unscrew the nut on the right side of the tyre. Once you have unscrewed the nut, lift the tyre out. Rear View Mirror : The rear view mirror of the Swift Dzire comes with manual adjust day night mode. Small button is placed behind the mirror. Adjust to the eye level and press the button for night mode. Steering Controls : Maruti Swift Dzire has multifunctional steering wheel. Bluetooth button is placed below the steering wheel on a seperate stock and volume controls on the left spoke of the wheel. You can increase and decrease the volume or you can change the tracks by pressing the mode button.
