How to Paint Barns
This video explains how I use brushwork to add interest to my oil painting in order to engage the viewer more. These two barns in this plein air oil painting attracted me because of their contrasting colors. They are both red, but from totally diifferent areas on a color wheel. When painting structures plein air, it's important to NOT waiver on taking the time with your draftsmanship. It will make all the difference in the final painting. Please share with your artists friends and give it a thumbs up if you enjoy the content. Thank you for watching the video.
