I Never Thought I’d Dance with my Wife & Daughters Again…

It’s truly impossible to put into words the emotions that we are all feeling during moments like this. To be able to STAND & hug each other is a gift. To sway back and forth to music and feel the intimacy of dancing with it bodies close is priceless. To see Dan holding our babies & to see the looks on their faces when they see their daddy standing tall is indescribable. This Lifeglider walker is not meant for paraplegics, but because Dan has some very minor use of a few muscles, he is able to use this device to stand and balance. We are so thankful for the moments we get to spend together like this. Dan’s body does fatigue after being upright and at some point, he has to sit back down. When that moment comes, there is a flood of emotions. It is so hard to give into the thought that it’s over…It’s time to get back to the chair & be permanently sitting.
