In this Chapter 4 of our Seven Lakes Route, we pick up the adventure right where we left off 👣. After crossing Lake Pirihueico on the ferry, we were left without transportation back to Neltume… and that night turned out to be more intense than we expected 😅. In this episode, we tell you how we managed to hitchhike back in the middle of the night. The next day, we continued our journey, camping at Camping Río Fuy, a peaceful spot on the riverbank, perfect for resting before continuing our exploration. From there, we headed to the Huilo Huilo Biological Reserve, specifically to the La Leona Portal, where we visited La Leona Waterfall and the Hoffmann Trail, a beautiful path through native forest and viewpoints that connect you with the area's deepest nature 🌿✨. We finished the day in Puerto Fuy, pausing on the riverbank, strolling along the Lovers' Pier, and enjoying a delicious lunch before hitchhiking back to the campsite.
