While most capital cities in other countries were closed this year due to the current "situation" we'll leave unnamed, SERBIA was FULLY OPEN on New Years Eve! Locals were telling me how great the parties on New Years "used" to be and not to expect too much this year due to the "situation". They said Jelena Karleusa is known for really great concerts but they are not sure about this year -- but Jelena Karleusa came through for the citizens of Belgrade at the time of the most need -- and she slayed the stage during her New Years Concert 2022! I am really happy I attended, and can defiantly recommend it for next year! Start making your plans now to come to the Serbian capital of Belgrade (pronounced and spelled Beograd in Serbian -- "White City") for Christmas and New Years Celebrations next year! Everybody in the crowd was extremely pleased, and not one incident broke out as everybody was extremely well behaved and polite.
