Profile electric cook-top and oven, Bosch dishwasher and built-in Maytag microwave( hidden by cabinetry); built-in Butler's Pantry with fluted columns, glass shelving and interior lighting; fireplace by kitchen eating area with granite, old brick and a paneled wall; built-in Parson's Cupboard over the Rumford fireplace; Holtkoetter delft chandelier with dimmer;18th century style brass rim lock; recessed lighting and under-cabinet lighting. Dining Room: Millwork: formal wainscoting, dentil molding, ceiling medallion and pediments over doorways; Shonbeck "Early American" crystal chandelier and two coordinating crystal sconces. Foyer: Formal wainscoting, decorative stair brackets, 18th century style "smoke bell lantern"; Chinoiserie wallpaper with coordinating pattern in upstairs foyer; stairwell with fluted balusters and turned banister; wainscoting continues up the stairs and in upstairs foyer; upstairs foyer has exposed brick wall and Williamsburg brass sconces. Living Room/Library: Millwork: formal wainscoting, dentil molding, doorway pediments; built-in computer desk and cabinet with fluted column and dentil trimwork (styled after an 18th century cabinet in order to house and attractively hide modern computer equipment). Upper cabinet has contrasting interior paint, glass shelving and an interior light; lower cabinet has shelving for computer equipment, both with antique brass hardware. Family Room/ Keeping Room: Rumford fireplace with granite and old brick, with a full paneled wall, fluted mantle and brass sconces; fluted column trim over entrance to kitchen; French pocket door entrance to library/living room; outlet for art light; box-bay window with view to patio/backyard area. El/ Back Foyer: Moldings are continued, as well as a chair rail; French door access to back patio and side courtyard entrance; tile flooring with "slate" appearance; antique brass "onion bulb" light fixture. Half Bath: Moldings continue in bathroom; Waverly toile wallpaper; pedestal sink; brass faucet, brass sconces and fixtures; tile flooring continued; all Kohler toilets throughout house. Laundry Room: Moldings and tile floors are continued; as well as built-in paneled cabinetry with antique reproduction brass hardware; Cabinets with beadboard interior and shelving and additional wall shelving built in above window trimwork. Second floor has separate zone for HVAC; central vac is roughed-in on both floors. Linen/storage closet in hallway. Full bath has porcelain console sink with two-tone Belle Foret faucet and an additional large linen closet. Stairwell to the third floor (walk-up attic w/1120 square feet) has been finished. Plumbing and electric are roughed-in on third floor, which has space for two future additional bedrooms and full bath, or a Master Suite with nice views to the West. Basement: Finished stairs; dry; second stairwell access to the garage; 1341 square feet available for finishing/storage Note: All hardwood floors throughout the house are wide-board pine (stained) in alternating widths with period wrought iron nails.
