Walking in WARSAW, Poland - Autumn Tour - 4K 60fps

Warsaw is the capital and largest city of Poland, with a population of about 1.8 million. We visited Warsaw several times already and find some new routes. We start our tour with a look at Warsaw's landmark Palace of Culture and Science, a Soviet-era skyscraper, is one of the tallest buildings in Poland. Warsaw's Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is the historical heart of the city. It was almost completely destroyed during World War II but was meticulously rebuilt in the post-war years, using old paintings and photographs as references. The Royal Castle, which once served as the residence of Polish kings, is a central landmark. Nearby, Sigismund's Column, erected in 1644, honors King Sigismund III, who moved the capital to Warsaw. The Old Town Market Square is a key spot, surrounded by colorful townhouses and filled with cafes and restaurants. At its center stands the Warsaw Mermaid, the city's symbol. St. John's Archcathedral, dating back to the 14th century, is one of the oldest churches in Warsaw. The Barbican, part of the original city walls, connects the Old Town to the New Town.
