Cloud was in love with Aerith, but she's dead [in fact she isn't the video xD]. Rinoa instead is Noctis' girlfriend. Noctis is the prince of an important kingdom but there is a witch that wants his powers and to obtain them, she assumes the form of Rinoa and makes a plan to weaken Noctis. She catches Rinoa and pushes her to obtain Cloud's trust; meanwhile the witch takes Rinoa's place close to Noctis. However, Rinoa tells everything to Cloud so he decides to help her and to warn Noctis of the real identity of his girlfriend! During a party, Cloud tries to tell everything to Noctis, but he doesn't listen to him; meantime the witch isolates Rinoa in another room, then she goes to Cloud and kisses him, making sure that Noctis was watching them. Noctis doesn't believe his eyes gets really angry with Cloud, that was his bestfriend; for this reason he challenges Cloud, that is obliged to fight his friend.
