A secret look at an Armadillo's den. This may surprise you-12 different species showed up!
Southern Illinois deep woods Armadillo's den/critter cam ep #1. Wow, was I surprised at this reel! A couple of month's ago I found a new den in the woods on our very remote, 150 acre Southern Illinois farm. We are nestled among tens of thousands of acres of the Shawnee National Forest so we see a LOT of very unique and up close wildlife from our very remote homestead. So I put a tactacam reveal X cellular trail cam on this unknown den to see what trail cam videos we might get from it. And man was it a goldmine at ground level, up close wildlife! Of course we found out it was an Armadillo's den, which is the very first Armadillo that we have ever seen in our area in Southern Illinois for the last 8 years or so. And then the different animal species that showed up looking for food, or shelter or curiosity was pretty amazing!
