In the first of a recurring series, Josie is joining women hikers up and down the country to learn about the benefits on your mental health of the great outdoors. First up she is taking on Ben Arthur (also known as The Cobbler) in Scotland with local hiker Emma, who guides her along one of her favourite hikes to the summit.
