Yoga | Surya Namaskar Daily Routine | 11 Rounds (Follow Along)

Your daily dose of Surya Namaskar. Start with 5 rounds and gradually increase to 11 rounds. These rounds are with different pace, starting with 3 slow rounds for warm up and gradually increase to high energy rounds followed by recovery rounds which are best for increasing flexibility. Keep the pace along with the instructions. Within few days you can feel increase in stamina, strength and flexiblity. It's a full body workout.
