Brussels Airport is Belgiums busiest airport but only Europes 26th busiest airport. Despite that it is on very interesting airport with a military base on the northern side of the field and also a large cargo network which attracts some excotic airlines and services. BRU has 3 runways and the most common useage is runway 25R departures and 25L landings. This video consists almost entirely of this format. 25L has some wonderful viewing areas right at the touchdown zone.. runway 25R on the other hand is very limited with viewing areas due to that side of the airport having an active military base there. This video was filmed alongside fellow aviation enthusiasts Matt from ‪@HDMelbourneAviation‬ and Patrick from ‪@PlaneSpottingBerlin‬ in the summer of 2023 when Max was over in Europe filming for AV. I filmed this video with the goal of bringing Brussels Airport to the aviation enthusiasts interested to see what Belgiums busiest airport sees on a regular basis and to be able to enjoy it from the comfort of their own homes!
