Metabo Kompressor Enttäuschung: Was ist los mit der Endkontrolle?!@handwerkertalk

Bought a new silent compressor at the hardware store, unpacked it – and then the absolute shock! 🤯 I specifically got a Metabo because I thought, "Come on, it's under €200, but the quality control is bound to be better than with the no-name knock-offs." Boy, was I wrong! Even before I'd assembled it, I noticed something that left me speechless. There's a rattling noise coming from the brand-new tank – and when I opened the valve, particles came gushing out! 😡 Is the tank already rusted on the inside? If I try to use it to blow out sensitive electronics or a camera, I'll just end up sandblasting the thing! What do you think? Is this a complete no-go for a new tool, or am I overreacting?
