Do zero ao contêiner: como fizemos nossa primeira importação

We put 300,000 reais into a container… without ever having seen the product. If it went wrong… everything would freeze. Before that, we sold on marketplaces, but depended on suppliers in Brazil. And that limits us. Margin, price… growth. It got to a point where it was simple: either we stayed small, or we took the risk. We closed the deal, we paid… and then the worst part begins: waiting. Production on the other side of the world… and zero control. Importing isn't easier. It's harder. But that's what made us stop depending on others and start to truly grow.
