Removing Saildrive and Engine on Bavaria 36 Sailing Yacht | Sailing Billows Ep 3
A long overdue video of our maintenance time in the yard over a year ago now! Nick worked tirelessly at removing the sail drive, cleaning it, maintaining it and installing it back into the boat. Sounds simple? It also involved disconnecting the whole engine.... we love boats... :) Incase you're new here, we are Lucy and Nick and own a 36ft Bavaria sailing yacht built in 2002. We are currently based on the South Coast of the UK, but stick around as there's big news on the horizon!
