Ep. 30- Amazingly vivid PICTOGRAPHS from the DINÉ PEOPLE.

EPISODE 30 (New Mexico)- This episode continues our exploration of the DINÉTAH, the cultural homeland of the DINÉ people. We visit one of my favorite PICTOGRAPH panels, thought to be part of the sacred NIGHT CHANT CEREMONY. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I am NOT an expert, and I am NOT a spokesperson for Indigenous Cultures. Many of the sites I visit in these videos are already well-documented and studied. I am merely continuing the documentation of these places with a focus on site etiquette and conservation. If you ever encounter an archaeological site like the ones in my videos, please be respectful and aware of the damage your presence can cause. Watch where you step, don't touch rock imagery or ancestral structures, and don't take ANYTHING. Let's do our best to ensure these places are around for future generations to enjoy.
