The Windows 11 taskbar has been stuck at the bottom since 2021, with no way to move it. Windows 10 had it. Linux has it. macOS has it. But Windows 11? Nope. Bottom only. Microsoft finally changed that but only four years later. So I tried it, moved it around, and tested every position.
